TORDO ALVARINHO white wine Vinho Verde – ELEGANCE EDITION 12,5% Vol/Alc with 100% Alvarinho grapes Manual harvest in 5 kg boxes. Total destemming, followed bylight pressing and decanting. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats using temperature control. Clarification and microfiltration immediately before bottling. Lemon green color of medium concentration, intense young aroma,fresh grapefruit and pineapple and full-bodied flavor with a fresh and strong flavor. Good grapes, well made and full of character. Complexwine, to be consumed before or during meals, gastronomic character.
